At ChiChi, we take pride in the high quality and unique appeal of our chickpea hot cereal and strive for every customer to have a positive experience. If, for any reason, you're not fully satisfied, we're committed to making it right.
Returns
If you find yourself not completely in love with your first order at ChiChi, we're here to support you with a refund. We accept returns on your first order of up to 4 bags, provided the request is made within 30 days from the order date.
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@chickpeaoats.com with your order number and reason for return.
There’s no need to send the product back to us. Once your return request is approved, we’ll process your refund minus a $9 return service fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your original method of payment within the standard processing time.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, we recommend:
- Checking your bank account again.
- Contacting your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Reaching out to your bank, as refunds can take additional time to be posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@chickpeaoats.com.
