Simple Protein Granola (No Oats, All Crunch)

Say hello to your new favorite snack: crunchy, clustery, high-protein granola made without a single oat. This grain-free version uses our Original ChiChi to deliver the satisfying texture and natural protein you’re looking for—without the sugar crash.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups Original ChiChi

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

  • Pinch of salt

  • ½ cup shredded coconut

  • ⅓ cup chopped pecans

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ⅓ cup maple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla (optional)

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F. In a medium bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Stir in the wet ingredients until everything is well coated—don’t be afraid of clumps, they make the granola even better.

Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes, stir, then bake for another 13–19 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Let it cool completely to lock in that crunch.

How to Use:

Snack on it by the handful, sprinkle it on yogurt or smoothie bowls, or use it as a crunchy topping for your morning ChiChi. It stores for weeks in an airtight container—if it lasts that long.
