These soft & chewy chocolate chip cookies are made with ChiChi (blended into flour!), packed with protein, and come together in under 15 minutes. No eggs, no refined flour, and honestly no one will believe they’re made from a hot cereal.

They’re the perfect high-protein treat when you want something sweet but still want to feel good about it.

Here’s how to make them:

Ingredients (for 5 small cookies):
– ½ cup ChiChi (blended into flour)
– 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (or more ChiChi flour)
– 1 tbsp sweetener
– ½ tsp baking powder
– 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
– 1 tbsp peanut butter
– ½ tsp vanilla extract
– Chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Mix dry ingredients. Stir in yogurt, peanut butter, and vanilla.

  3. Fold in chocolate chips and form 5 cookies.

  4. Bake for 10–12 min. Cool, eat, try not to make a second batch.
