Valentine’s Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ⅔ cup ChiChi (Chocolate flavor)
  • 3 tsp granulated stevia (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ⅓ cup applesauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup almond milk
  • Dark chocolate chunks & white chocolate chips (for topping)
  • Heart-shaped sliced strawberries (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together ChiChi, stevia, and baking powder.
  3. Add applesauce, egg, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the lined baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with dark chocolate chunks, white chocolate chips, and heart-shaped strawberries for a festive touch.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with slight crumbs (not wet but still fudgy).
  7. Let cool, then serve with ice cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce. Enjoy!
