Dark Chocolate Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cup Dark Chocolate ChiChi
  • 10g chocolate protein powder (or 1 tsp cocoa powder)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp stevia (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • Natural red food coloring (beet powder or pomegranate juice)

Frosting:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Stevia (or sweetener of choice)
  • Splash of vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Blend all pancake ingredients until smooth.
