Who says you need a campfire for s’mores? With this simple recipe, you can enjoy the classic treat from the comfort of your kitchen! These S’mores Bars have all the gooey, chocolatey goodness you love, with a wholesome twist using ChiChi as the base.
Ingredients:
For the base:
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, softened
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups ChiChi (chickpea hot cereal)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3-5 teaspoons water
For the topping:
- Chocolate chips
- Marshmallows
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream together the softened coconut oil and coconut sugar until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Stir in the vanilla extract.
