Extra Cheesy Savory ChiChi

Possibly the creamiest ChiChi has ever been and even higher in protein?? Let's get into the recipe.


  • 1/3 cup Original ChiChi
  • 2/3 cup milk (of your choice)
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/3-1/2 cup cottage cheese


  • Extra cheese for sprinkling (optional)
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onion, for garnish
  • Nutritional yeast


  1. Combine ChiChi and Milk: In a saucepan, add 1/3 cup of Original ChiChi along with 2/3 cup of milk.

  2. Season and Cook: Season the mixture with salt to taste, then cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens.

  3. Incorporate Cottage Cheese: Once the mixture has thickened to your desired consistency, mix in 1/3 to 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and stir until it's all melted through. Add in your extra cheese here if desired.

  4. Toppings: Top off your Savory Cheesy ChiChi by seasoning with pepper to taste, add chopped green onion for a pop of freshness and nutritional yeast for a boost of flavor and added nutrients. Enjoy!
