Raspberry Breakfast Bake
This Raspberry Breakfast Bake is the ultimate morning treat, packed with wholesome ingredients and bursting with flavor. Featuring ChiChi’s Maple Syrup hot cereal, this easy-to-make bake combines sweet cherries, chia seeds, and a peanut butter oat base for a filling and satisfying breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 1 package of ChiChi Maple Syrup hot cereal
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 5 tbsp oat milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1.5 cups frozen cherries
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions:
- In a small saucepan, cook the cherries, vanilla bean paste, and chia seeds for 10-15 minutes until the fruit releases liquid. Mash slightly and let stand for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients to form a dough.
- Grease a small cast iron pan and press half the dough into the bottom to form a layer.
- Spread the cherry compote over the dough layer, then top with remaining dough, pressing it into small, flat balls.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 20 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve with a dollop of yogurt and enjoy!
