Peanut Butter & Banana Protein Waffles

A fun twist on your classic breakfast waffles—these are protein-packed without protein powder, sweetened with a touch of real sugar, and made extra fluffy thanks to blended cottage cheese. They’re crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and topped with all your favorites.

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cup + 2 tbsp ChiChi oats (Original flavor)

  • 2 tbsp almond flour

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ ripe banana, mashed

  • ⅓ cup blended cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt)

  • 2 large egg whites

  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat and lightly grease your waffle maker.

  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth.

  3. Pour into the waffle maker and cook until golden and crisp.

  4. Top with sliced banana, chocolate chips, and a drizzle of peanut butter. Dig in!
