Peanut Butter & Banana Protein Waffles
A fun twist on your classic breakfast waffles—these are protein-packed without protein powder, sweetened with a touch of real sugar, and made extra fluffy thanks to blended cottage cheese. They’re crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and topped with all your favorites.
Ingredients:

⅓ cup + 2 tbsp ChiChi oats (Original flavor)

2 tbsp almond flour

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp baking powder

½ ripe banana, mashed

⅓ cup blended cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt)

2 large egg whites

1 tsp sugar
Instructions:

Preheat and lightly grease your waffle maker.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth.

Pour into the waffle maker and cook until golden and crisp.
