Mint Chocolate ChiChi

Mint chocolate Chi(p)Chi, the perfect spring breakfast you didn't know you needed. Naturally green and better for you, this is the perfect sweet treat to start your morning, and it comes together in less than 10 minutes.


  • 1/2 cup strongly brewed peppermint tea
  • 1/3 cup spinach
  • 1/3 cup Original ChiChi
  • 1 chocolate truffle or tbsp of chocolate chips


  1. Brew a strong cup of peppermint tea by steeping 1 peppermint tea bag or 1 tablespoon of loose peppermint tea leaves in 1/2 cup of boiling water for about 5 minutes. Allow it to cool to room temperature.

  2. In a blender, blend together the cooled peppermint tea and spinach (you can't taste the spinach).

  3. Cook ChiChi your favorite way (stovetop, microwave, etc.), but replace your usual liquid with the blended spinach/tea mixture.

  4. Once cooked, pour into a bowl, top with chocolate, and enjoy!
