Fluffy Grain-free Pancakes

Four-ingredient vegan pancakes:

The easiest pancake recipe that's higher in protein, fiber, and perfect for any morning.


  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk (such as almond, soy, or oat milk)
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup ChiChi (or any flavor of choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Cinnamon (optional)


  1. Mixing the wet ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine ACV and milk and let sit for two minutes.

  2. Add in your dry ingredients: Fold your dry ingredients into your milk until a pancake like batter forms. Let sit for a couple minutes while you heat up your pancake pan.

  3. Cook: Cook pancakes on medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side. Serve with your favorite toppings!
