  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, blend the chickpeas, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the chickpea mixture, almonds, walnuts, raisins, and coconut flakes.
