No-Bake Energy Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients:
- ½ cup of ChiChi (for added protein and fiber)
- ⅓ cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup flaxseeds
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- ⅛ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ChiChi, shredded coconut, peanut butter, flaxseeds, chocolate chips, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until the ingredients are well combined and form a sticky dough.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 2 hours to make the mixture easier to roll.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
