5 ingredient pop tart

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Original ChiChi
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp chia jam (@chiasmash works perfectly!)
Optional Topping
- 1/2 tsp pitaya powder
- 1–2 tbsp yogurt
Instructions
1️⃣ Make the dough: In a bowl, mix together ChiChi, baking powder, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil until a dough forms.
2️⃣ Shape the pop tart: Divide the dough into two equal balls. Flatten each ball onto parchment paper into two small circles.
3️⃣ Fill and seal: Add a dollop of chia jam to the center of one circle, then place the second circle on top. Use a fork to seal the edges.
4️⃣ Prep for baking: Brush the top with milk for a golden finish (optional).
5️⃣ Bake: Place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden.
6️⃣ Top it off: Mix pitaya powder with yogurt and spread it over the cooled pop tart for a colorful and creamy topping.
