Blueberry Muffin Baked ChiChi

Baked Blueberry Muffin ChiChi

A healthier version of fresh baked blueberry muffins.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Original ChiChi
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt (plain or Greek)
  • 2/3 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh blueberries
  • Dash of baking soda

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease an oven safe bowl or ramekin.

  2. Blend all of your ingredients together, except for the baking soda and blueberries. Once blended, stir the baking soda and blueberries into the batter.

  3. Pour into your dish and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
