Savory + Sweet Protein Waffles
High protein ChiChi waffles 🧇 savory and sweet!
Ingredients:
• 1/3 cup ChiChi oats
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or unflavored)
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
• 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt (for extra fluffiness and protein)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your waffle maker and lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil.
2️⃣ Add all the ingredients—ChiChi oats, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, egg, almond milk, Greek yogurt and vanilla extract —to a blender.
3️⃣ Blend until the batter is smooth and slightly thick. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes to thicken further.
4️⃣ Pour the blended batter into the preheated waffle maker, spreading it evenly if needed.
5️⃣ Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the waffles are golden and crispy.
6️⃣ Remove from the waffle maker and serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
