Sauteed Apple Pie Parfait

A Deconstructed Apple Pie

Take Apple Pie ChiChi to the next level by layering it with sauteed apples and creamy yogurt.


  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Apple Pie ChiChi
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)
  • Chopped walnuts (optional, for topping)


Step 1: Sautee the Apples

  1. Heat a skillet or non-stick pan over medium heat. Add 1 tsp coconut oil, cinnamon, and your apple to the pan.
  2. Sautee the apples for about 5-7 minutes or until they are tender and slightly caramelized. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking. Set aside once done.

Step 2: Cook the Apple Pie ChiChi

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1/3 cup of Apple Pie ChiChi with 1/2 cup of water and microwave for 90 seconds.

Step 3: Layer the Parfait

  1. In a glass or bowl, layer the cooked Apple Pie ChiChi, yogurt, and sauteed apples. Top with crushed walnuts for some crunch. Enjoy!
