Apple Pie Overnight Oats

One of our wonderful customers shared this fantastic Apple Cinnamon Chichi Overnight Oats recipe, and we couldn’t wait to pass it along to you! This delightful breakfast is here to save your mornings with a burst of flavor and a punch of nutrition.

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple, chopped into tiny chunks
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp 100% maple syrup
  • Cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, and a pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup Chichi (any flavor, dry and uncooked)
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Apple Mixture:

    • Chop the apple into small chunks.
    • Combine 2 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of 100% maple syrup, a sprinkle of cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, a pinch of sea salt, and 1 tablespoon of honey in a small saucepan.
    • Simmer the mixture on medium heat for about 7 minutes until the apples become soft and the flavors meld together.
  2. Layer the Ingredients:

    • Place the cooked apple mixture at the bottom of a jar or container.
    • Add 1/2 cup of Chichi (any flavor, dry and uncooked) on top of the apple mixture.
    • Pour in 1/2 cup of your preferred milk (dairy or plant-based).
    • Add 2 teaspoons of chia seeds.
    • Finish with a dollop of almond butter (or your favorite nut butter) on top.
  3. Let It Sit:

    • Seal the jar or container and refrigerate overnight.
    • The next morning, give it a good stir, and your delicious Apple Cinnamon Chichi Overnight Oats are ready to enjoy!
